Return Requests

To request a return, please contact us and notify us of your intention to return the product(s). Include your name, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process qualifying refunds within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it as soon as possible. In such cases, Vargin Beauty Ventures Ltd will cover the cost of returning the faulty product.
